WORKFLOW
For Illustration :
1.Commission order accepted.
2.Receive Payment from Client.
3.Commission being worked on.
4.You will be asked to check for corrections at the draft stage.
5.Clean up. Small corrections can be handled.
6.Commission finished and files sent to client.
For Character design :
1.Receive design documents.
2.Commission order accepted.
3.Receive Payment from Client.
4.Commission being worked on.
5.You will be asked to confirm the design at the draft stage. (In some cases, you may have several to choose from.)
6.Clean up. Small corrections can be handled.
7.Commission finished and files sent to client.
GENERAL
I live in Japan so my reply will be late at the following times.
JST 23:00-17:00
EST 09:00-03:00
BST 15:00-09:00
CEST 16:00-10:00
AEST 00:00-18:00Commissions will give priority to character design.
Prices are subject to increase in the future.
I will reply to those who contact me within one week.
Do NOT re-sell my artwork or use it for AI.
Payment in advance.
In Japan, sales tax of ∔10% is applied.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
After the payment I'll start and show you the sketch and then finish the commission within the deadline.
Delivery times vary depending on the type of commission and the volume of requests being worked on. (This can be 2-6 weeks for illustrations and 3-7 weeks for character designs.)
If you have a deadline, please indicate the date on the request form!
Please keep DM or email so I can deliver your finished drawing to you!
USE
Use is basically free except for the sale of merchandise.
A use fee will be charged if the product is to be sold. (25-50% of the production cost).
NSFW requests will not be accepted. Also, my artwork can't be used for NSFW.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The copyright of the work will remain with the creator.
I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs and or AIs.
REFUNDS
Orders will be cancelled by the artist if these terms and conditions are violated or if no response is received for two weeks.In the event of unavoidable cancellation or if we cancel, the amount of refund will depend on the work process.
-Cancellation before payment: No cost.
-Cancellation at the start of rough draft: 50% of the cost will be refunded.
-Cancellation at the start of line drawing: 20% of the cost will be refunded.
-Cancellation at the start of coloring: 10% of the cost will be refunded.In the event of cancellation, you will not receive all rights to the artwork.If you cancel in the middle of the process after payment, we will lower your priority for the next and subsequent times.
